A-Contresens is excellent for visualizing weather by country. BonVoyageur goes further by automatically optimizing visit order based on weather + visa + distance, and calculating durations per country. The two are complementary.

We use dynamic programming (Held-Karp algorithm) to find the optimal visit order. The score combines weather quality (monthly data per country), distances between capitals, and visa constraints. No generative AI, just a deterministic and transparent algorithm.

The data covers 199 countries for French passport holders. It's regularly updated but rules change. Always verify on the official website before departing. The tool alerts you if your planned duration exceeds the visa limit.

Absolutely. The suggested itinerary is a starting point. You can drag and drop to reorder countries, adjust the duration of each stop, add or remove countries. The tool recalculates in real-time.

You can export to Excel with a travel checklist (passport, insurance, vaccines...) and details for each stop. You can also share a link to your itinerary or save it to your account.
